Course 2: Excluding Floorplans

In this tutorial we will learn how to use Hide Excluded/Exclude Floor-plan feature. This feature can be used in several different scenarios such as: 

• when comparing Renovated units vs non-renovated
• when excluding floor-plans not present at the subject property for a more apples-to-apples comparison. For example, if the subject property does not have 3 bedroom units but several of the comps do, you can use this feature to remove the 3 bedroom units from the calculations. 
• when removing or excluding income/rent restricted floor-plans from properties.
