How to Manage Floor Plans

Updating floor plans is essential as it helps users stay on track with any renovations, additions, or other forms of upgrades done to the property.

Accessing Manage Properties

Click on the drop-down next to your name in the upper right corner and select Manage Properties from the drop-down menu.

Accessing Edit Property

After searching the property, click the drop-down arrow on the right of the property and select Edit Property. Depending on your role, you will either have access to a property or set of properties you have been assigned to or have full portfolio access.

Floor Plan Information

After selecting Edit Property, click on the Floor Plans tab.

Accessing Edit Floor Plan

Once the drop-down is displayed click on Edit Floor Plan.

Editing Floor Plans

A new window will be displayed that allows you to edit the floor plan information: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Feet, Description, Number of Units, or Appliances (Unit Amenities). After you have edited information to your liking, click on Update Floor Plan.

Adding Floor Plans

A new window will be displayed that allows you to add different floor plan information: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Feet, Description, Number of Units, or Appliances (Unit Amenities).

Adding Floor Plan Information

A new window will appear allowing you to enter floor plan details. Proceed to enter the details for all the mandatory fields marked by an asterisk: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Feet, and Number of Units. In addition to the mandatory fields you can also enter a description for the floor plan (if you have one).

Saving New Floor Plans

Click on Add Floor Plan to save the changes done to the floor plan.

Removing Floor Plans

Click on the three dots next to the floor plan and then select Remove Floor Plan.

Confirm Changes

Confirm the removal of the floor plan by clicking on Yes, I am sure.
